Rosie Dress & Party Hat

Age 4-5, although somewhat generous so would fit an age 5. 
Rosie dress, elasticated sides and button back, an almost pinifore style. This dress has lots of layers. The faux clown collar is attached to the dress and the skirt also has numerous layers of fabric, organza and tulle, to give a full fun poofy vibe. 
This dress comes with a little matching party hat, to finish the circus vibe!
